Refugees and Asylees Have the Right to Work
This webinar is aimed at all service providers who help prepare refugees, asylees, and other clients for employment or interact directly with employers (job readiness instructors; employment specialists; job developers; case managers, etc.). Others who are interested in the topic of employment rights and documentation are welcome to attend. Please join us for a special guest presentation from the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section. Trial Attorney Liza Zamd’s presentation will include real case scenarios and will be followed by a Q&A panel discussion featuring refugee service providers.
